Terms of Use

The short version: play nice, have fun, and don't mess with the dam.

The deal

Beaver Ball, Beaver Ball: After Dark and the website at beaver-ball.vercel.app (together, "the game") are made by You Found Waldo LLC. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two disagree, Apple's wins for the apps.

Age

Beaver Ball is for everyone. Beaver Ball: After Dark, and the Adult and Uncensored content on the website, are for adults 18 and over only.

Purchases and Beaver Bucks

In-app purchases are sold through the App Store under Apple's terms, and refunds are handled by Apple. Beaver Bucks, unlocks and other in-game items have no cash value, can't be traded or sold, and are a license to use the item in the game, not property. Purchases you've made can be restored with Restore Purchases in Settings. We may rebalance prices and rewards in game currency over time.

Fair play

Don't cheat the leaderboards, attack or overload our servers, or reverse-engineer the game to harm it or other players. We may remove scores that aren't plausible and block abuse.

Our stuff

The game, its characters (every beaver on the roster), art, writing, voices and music belong to You Found Waldo LLC or its licensors. You get a personal, non-commercial license to play. Sharing screenshots and clips of your games is welcome.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your save safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that a save can never be lost. To the extent the law allows, You Found Waldo LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
